Usually, when setting up any support contract, we will perform a full audit on your systems and implement controls within the operating system to minimise issues where possible.
You might just need a knowledgeable person on the end of the phone to talk you through using a function in MS Word, or how to set up a complex function in MS Excel. We're here to help.
We can also set up a session of one to one training with anything from on person to a small group of people, providing instruction on using your software and compiling a bespoke course tailored for your needs.
There are always occasions though where things will go astray and in many cases, an IT professional will be able to fix these issues remotely.
We can configure secure access via the internet to one PC on your network to use as an administration point, or to a single PC and work directly on your computer to fix many of the issues that you may have with software, or even just to view your screen and talk you through how to do something, or fix a minor problem.
Where we are unable to connect to your systems, we will normally be able to walk you through some diagnostics to aid in fixing the problem, or at the very least get you online so we can connect remotely.
In a worst case scenario, then we would have to visit you in person but most of the time we do not find this nescessary.
